Acrisure is seeking a Senior Analyst to provide escalated application support and operational oversight for enterprise platforms used across Acrisure’s internal teams. The role requires analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. The position involves collaborating with internal technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot complex issues and support system changes, upgrades, and releases.
