
Job description
Join Acronis' mission to protect the digital world as an Infrastructure Expert Support Engineer. This role involves advanced troubleshooting of hyper convergent storage and computer clusters, working with Linux, network, storage, cloud, virtualization, and container technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents for Acronis customers and partners, build strong relationships, and interact with Engineering and Business departments to resolve complex technical issues.
This role offers opportunities to influence product evolution, train junior team members, and develop documentation and technical articles. We're looking for a reliable, proactive, and analytical individual with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
