
Job description
Join Acronis' mission of protecting the digital world as an Infrastructure Expert Support Engineer. This role provides advanced troubleshooting of hyper convergent storage and computer clusters, and offers opportunities to influence product evolution through collaboration with various departments.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents for customers and partners, build relationships, and interact with Engineering and Business departments to resolve complex issues.
This role requires 3+ years of experience in infrastructure support engineering, technical expertise in cloud and hybrid datacenter solutions, and strong communication skills.
