Senior Accountant

Role Overview

The Accountant role is key to supporting our business scale-up and enhancing financial efficiency. By maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with local regulations, the Accountant will play a vital role in our growth strategy. This position will work cross-functionally with other departments to provide financial insights and operational support, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities for the Swiss entity, including trend and variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing annual statutory financial statements, managing accruals, and preparing and submitting VAT returns.

5+ years of accounting experience in a similar environment, advanced English, professional Microsoft Excel and ERP knowledge, strong background with Swiss Local Code, Swiss GAAP standards, and US GAAP, high level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
