Requirements
- Serve as talent solutions and services subject matter expert for respective territory
- Establish (and adjust when necessary) a list of target accounts and prospects using all available internal and external resources
- Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships
- Conduct well-prepared face to face meetings with decision makers
- Increase sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts
- Maximize profitability by effectively negotiating bill rates and terms
- Build and maintain relationships within accounts
- Partner with the recruiting team in identifying top Sciences and Engineering talent
