Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional experience working with teams and delivering projects
- Full stack development experience with Ruby on Rails (or similar backend language) or React
- WordPress and PHP experience a plus; openness to learning required
- Ability to write extensible, maintainable, and scalable code
- Team-oriented mindset, receptive to feedback, and skilled in constructive idea exchange
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability; desire and interest in helping your team deliver their roadmap and achieve the strategic outcomes of the work
