Job Description
The Field Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring effective implementation of programs and operational activities at the field level while ensuring compliance with logistics, human resources, administration, and security procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in development, humanitarian studies, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of INGO experience in a management role
- Experience managing humanitarian or nutrition programs
- Experience working in complex or hardship environments
- Strong planning and budgeting skills
- Fluency in English
