Job Description
Action Against Hunger is seeking a Program Manager to lead integrated health, nutrition, WASH, and food security and livelihood projects in South Sudan. The role involves program planning and management, technical supervision, and risk management, as well as human resource management and staff development. The Program Manager will work closely with the Field Coordinator and other teams to ensure high-quality program delivery and compliance with donor regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in nutrition, Public health, or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing donor-funded projects
- Knowledge of national and global nutrition/health policies
- Experience in INGOs is preferred
- Strong program management and team leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software (Epi Info, SPSS)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Excellent report writing skills
- Fluency in English and local language skills (e.g., Amharic) are desirable
