Action Property Management is seeking an exceptional individual to join our elite team as a Luxury Door Host (Front Desk/Valet) at our prestigious luxury high-rise, The Carlyle Residences, located in Los Angeles. As one of the first points of contact for residents and guests, you will play a critical role in delivering a refined, five-star experience while setting the tone for service excellence throughout the property.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience; hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining experience preferred
- Must be willing to valet and cross-train across front desk, door host, and valet functions
- Valid California Driver’s License required
- Hospitality Management college students or recent graduates are highly desired
