Maintenance Supervisor II - The Beacon

Action Property Management, a premier management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor II to join our team at The Beacon. The Maintenance Supervisor II is responsible for the daily oversight of engineering and maintenance operations at the assigned property, including supervising staff, managing work assignments, performing complex maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring building systems operate efficiently and safely.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of building maintenance or facilities management with at least 2-3 years of experience leading a team of technicians
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety systems
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
