Network Engineering Lead

The Network Engineering Lead is responsible for designing, engineering, administering, optimizing, and securing the enterprise WAN, LAN, MPLS, internet connectivity, routing, switching, and perimeter security infrastructure. The role involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring network security and operational stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; 8+ years relevant experience; design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure; monitor network performance; troubleshoot connectivity issues; optimize routing and switching configurations; ensure network security and operational stability
• Master's Degree with 6+ years or Associate's Degree with 10+ years of relevant experience may be substituted
• Experience engineering WAN/MPLS, LAN routing and switching, firewall, VPN, and perimeter security environments
• Knowledge of bandwidth monitoring, circuit management, and carrier coordination processes
• Experience configuring routing protocols and network segmentation controls
• Familiarity with firewall rule management and secure remote access configurations
• Experience integrating network logs with enterprise SIEM platforms
