Program Manager

ActioNet is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of large-scale base infrastructure modernization efforts across multiple Department of War (DoW) installations, overseeing the modernization of NIPR and SIPR networks.

Requirements

• DoW Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• A minimum of five years of experience managing large-scale network modernization efforts or DoD IT programs
• Demonstrated familiarity with DoW architecture, DoDAF diagrams, and Risk Management Framework processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Earned Value Management methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills for Government-facing environments
