Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience
- Proven experience working with AI video editing tools
- Deep understanding of social and paid media formats
- Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for pacing, rhythm, and engagement tactics
- Experience with motion graphics and/or basic animation
- Familiarity with performance marketing KPIs (CTR, CPM, ROAS)
