The Data Specialist will be responsible for architecting, building, and scaling the organization’s end-to-end data ecosystem, defining the long-term data vision, and building pipelines, dashboards, analytical models, and automated workflows that power daily operations and long-term growth.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or data leadership
- Strong background in DTC, ecommerce, and/or omnichannel retail analytics
- Proven track record of transforming organizations into data-driven cultures
- Deep expertise in marketing analytics, attribution, incrementality testing, MMM, and performance measurement
- Experience building and managing modern data infrastructure
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field preferred
