Email Graphic Designer who will own the visual execution of email campaigns across flows and newsletters, ensuring brand consistency, producing high-performing creative, and supporting overall retention and conversion through thoughtful design execution.
Requirements
- 2β4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Email Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating email design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Understanding of email marketing principles (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus)
- Ability to design for both mobile and desktop formats
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and excellent communication skills
- Experience with e-commerce, DTC, or performance-driven brands preferred
- Experience with email performance optimization or CRO
- Experience in subscription or retention-focused brands
- Experience working with remote, fast-moving creative/marketing teams
