We’re looking for an experienced Google Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize paid search and performance campaigns for CPG brands, ideally within beauty or personal care.
Requirements
- Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies aligned with client KPIs and performance goals
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Prepare performance reports and present insights, learnings, and recommendations to clients
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to improve conversion rates and overall funnel performance
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high performance standards
