Lifecycle & Growth Marketing Manager responsible for owning the full customer lifecycle, building, testing, and shipping, and driving improvements in activation rate, time-to-value, retention, LTV, and revenue.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in growth, lifecycle, or retention marketing at a startup or marketplace
- Hands-on builder — you execute, not delegate
- Technically competent with analytics tools and dashboarding
- Experience in e-commerce, education/info products, or community-driven businesses is a plus
