Seeking an experienced Web Development Manager to lead web development efforts, mentor a team of developers, and drive technical strategy across all web development efforts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of web development experience
• 2–3+ years in a lead or managerial role with responsibility for mentoring or overseeing other developers
• Extensive experience with Shopify, modern frameworks, JavaScript libraries, and backend technologies
• Proven capability in hands-on coding, architecture, and technical direction
• Strong background in responsive design, APIs, integrations, and database design/management
