AI Change Management Lead

Role Overview

As the AI Change Management Lead, you'll own the human side of AI transformation at ActivTrak. You'll be a key partner in how the AI team plans, communicates and measures its work, and a trusted resource for the rest of the business when it comes to AI.

What You Will Do

You'll design and deliver training programs for every AI tool and workflow, build and maintain a centralized AI use case library, and run regular enablement touchpoints with department leads and power users.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We're looking for a change management and enablement leader with experience designing and running programs that drive real behavior change, not just delivering training content. You'll need to have hands-on experience with modern AI tools, experience facilitating meetings and working sessions, and strong written communication skills.

Requirements

• 5 years in learning and development, organizational change management, sales enablement, revenue operations or a closely related field
• Demonstrated track record of building structured change and enablement programs from scratch
• Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar
• Experience facilitating meetings and working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong written communicator who can produce crisp internal content across formats
• Experience using data to measure and improve adoption outcomes
• High empathy for employees who are skeptical of or overwhelmed by new technology
• Comfort working in a SaaS environment with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, operations and business functions
• Collaborative and low-ego
• Active learner who stays current on AI tools and change management best practices
