Requirements
- Familiarity with, and ability to interpret, standards/regulations/legislation/caselaw
- Understanding of ISO Compliance Programs, and Safety Management Systems, policies and procedures;
- Experience in applying corrective action and root cause analysis methodologies
- Confidence in providing coaching and influencing the behavior of employees across the region
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish objectives
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- A commitment to enforce understanding and compliance with responsibilities under the provincial Occupational Health and Safety Acts and Regulations, and Company Safety Management Systems, policies and procedures
- Working experience in NDT and bilingual communication will be considered an asset
