The Assistant Director of Admissions Recruitment plays a key role in the Admissions team, planning, organizing, and developing the admissions recruitment program for Adams State University. They oversee day-to-day activities, analyze recruitment data, and develop strategies to achieve enrollment goals. They also supervise Admissions Counselors and provide leadership within the Admissions team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required, master's degree preferred
- Two-three years leadership and management experience in student recruitment/admissions or related field
- Knowledge of student financing, enrollment marketing, recruiting concepts, and best practices of recruiting technologies and vendor services
- Proven record of increasing student recruitment and retention rates
- Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis and data-driven enrollment management techniques
- Demonstrated experience in program assessment and strategic planning
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
