SOC Lead

The SOC Lead is responsible for the administration and operation management of ArcSight SIEM, EDR, AV, Email Security, CSPM, WAF, and other security tools. Key responsibilities include ensuring availability, custom device integration, content creation, policy fine-tuning, and performance management.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) administration
• Advanced threat detection and querying skills
• Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) experience
• SIEM architecture and administration expertise
• Ability to analyze logs and develop use cases for anomaly detection
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
