Job Description
Adapt For Life is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in West Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field, and BCBA Certification. The position involves developing and implementing comprehensive behavioral assessments and treatment programs for children, their families, and caregivers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
- BCBA Certification required or waiting to take BACB examination within 30 days
- Current / ability to obtain Behavior Analyst Licensure (if state requires)
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavior disorders
- Experience in behavioral assessment and treatment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with children on the autism spectrum
- Possess a Valid Driver’s license
