Job Description
Adapt For Life is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join their ABA Therapy Clinic in Plainfield, IN. The role involves applying behavior-based principles to clients, implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy to children with Autism. The company focuses on creating brighter futures for children and provides comprehensive training for new hires.
Requirements
- High School diploma, preferably some college
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or ability to obtain within three months of hire
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
- Experience with Medicaid, Waiver, and Private Insurance
- Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Program development experience
