Databricks Technical Lead

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience delivering data engineering or analytics projects on Databricks Platform
• Good understanding of modern data engineering concepts, cloud-native platforms, and distributed data processing frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience mentoring, coaching, or training technical teams
