Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you'll lead delivery across customer engagements, balancing technical delivery with consulting skills, and build trusted relationships with customers. You'll work on delivering Addin365 services to high quality and within commercial expectations, and implement solutions aligned to Addin365 and Microsoft best practices.
Requirements
- Deliver Addin365 services to a high quality and within commercial expectations
- Maintain strong product knowledge and articulate Addin365's offering confidently
- Provide accurate estimations and deliver work that's scheduled/committed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and delivery confidence
- Implement solutions aligned to Addin365 and Microsoft best practices
- Work cross-functionally to ensure delivery meets customer expectations
- Lead customer teams with guidance on best practice, and proactively ask for internal support
- Share feedback and improvement ideas to help us continually raise the bar
