The role involves attending calls from customers regarding technical issues and selling technical support plans. The position is for a night shift and requires a minimum of 1-5 years of experience in outbound processes.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in Outbound process
• Min qualification: 10+2
• Good in English
• Presentable and smart enough to handle client's query
• Able to close calls and take payments from customers
