Senior MLOps / LLMOps Engineer (all genders)

Manage End-to-End Lifecycle of ML and LLM systems, implement CI/CD, develop evaluation architectures, ensure observability, and anchor reproducibility.

Requirements

• completed degree in computer science, data engineering, software engineering, or a comparable technical field
• at least 3 years of experience in operating productive ML or LLM systems in the enterprise environment
• in-depth understanding of model lifecycle management, drift detection, prompt evaluation, and experimental comparison procedures
• ability to work with MLflow or Weights & Biases, CI/CD toolchains like GitLab CI or GitHub Actions, and container and cloud environments
• ability to communicate fluently and precisely in German and English
