Offensive Security Team Leader

The Offensive Security Team Leader is responsible for performing security assessments, vulnerability research, and developing exploits. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in offensive security, leadership experience, and expertise in application security and software development processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in offensive security
• 10+ years of experience in direct security
• Leadership experience with highly skilled technical team members
• In-depth knowledge of application security, offense, and defense
• In-depth knowledge of software development process and proficiency in programming/scripting languages
• Solid understanding of network security and technologies
• Expert or advanced knowledge in operating system internals (Windows or Unix/Linux)
• Familiarity with security tools, exploit frameworks, and debugger tools
• Ability to communicate well in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, remotely, and under pressure
