Job Description
The Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Manager is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality management systems in alignment with ISO/TS 16949 standards, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of quality-related issues across all departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or equivalent
- Minimum of 15 years in quality-related roles and at least 5 years in a management position
- Proficient in QA tools and methodologies
- Familiarity with quality improvement frameworks such as QCC, 5S, Kaizen, JIT, and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience implementing quality systems within a multinational corporation
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Background in initiating and maintaining vendor QA programs
- Skilled in planning and conducting quality audits
- Proficient in statistical process control techniques and tools
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in delivering results
