The Assistant Manager, Retail Operations – FRS Ops supports sell-out performance and operational excellence across MW customer stores. The role contributes to improving store productivity and commercial health by ensuring disciplined retail execution, inventory management follow-up, and KPI monitoring.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail operations experience in a multinational retail environment
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs, store productivity, and operational drivers
• Ability to influence external partners without direct authority
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with good Excel capability
• Fluent in local language; working knowledge of English preferred
