Job description
Define, govern, and elevate Adisseo's project management standards across the Group. Ensure flawless execution of strategic projects and build a durable PM capability for the future.
Define Project Management Framework, operate a lean PMO, supervise Strategic Project Directors, lead independent project audits, consolidate portfolio-level insights, and enforce discipline on scope, cost, schedule, risk, and compliance.
Requires a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years leading large, complex projects, and 5+ years in PMO or assurance roles. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is strongly appreciated.
