Data Analytics Analyst

Role Overview

Internal Audit supports ADM management by delivering independent and objective assurance as well as consulting services that add value and strengthen the organization’s overall operations. The Data Analytics Analyst collaborates closely with Internal Audit and Global Technology teams to design, develop, and maintain innovative analytic solutions that drive data‐driven decision‐making and support both audit and advisory engagements throughout the Company.

What You Will Do

Collect, process, and analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that support audit objectives and risk assessments. Partner with the Internal Audit team to deliver insightful, data‐driven analyses that enhance audit planning, execution, and reporting.

Requirements

• CA, MBA, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or comparable platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Prior experience within Internal Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Finance functions.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their applications in analytics or audit.
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks or AI‐enabled analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of process mining, continuous monitoring, or fraud analytics techniques.
