Job description
Reporting to the Fertilizer Trade Manager, the qualified individual will contribute to procurement, trading, risk management, and strategy. Collaborating with the other trade fertilizer team leaders on the overall strategy. Focusing on achieving optimum financial results while building strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues, freight providers, and customers.
Develop and execute a comprehensive fertilizer import, trading, and overall strategy. Identify and act on trading opportunities to optimize the ADM Fertilizer supply chain. Lead strategy while partnering with operations, sales, logistics, and customer support to optimize the product lines.
Proven experience as a Fertilizer Trader or in a similar role within the agricultural industry, managing positions and leading strategy. Strong knowledge of the fertilizer market, including key players, products, and regulations.
