
Job description
Fleet Deckhand I is a full-time position responsible for building tow and handling rigging during operations, preparing barges for customer delivery, and supporting maintenance and cleaning crews.
Perform general housekeeping, follow safety rules, and report hazards or incidents. Work as part of a small crew to keep fleet operations moving safely.
Marine or deckhand experience is preferred, but not required. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
