
Job description
Fulfill sales targets by growing existing business and winning new business with key accounts. Develop and maintain stable interactions with key accounts, understanding their demands, marketing challenges, and competition maps. Drive sales growth with key accounts, collaborating with various teams within ADM.
Develop and implement mid-to-long-term key account strategy plans, negotiate contracts and agreements, manage accurate forecasts, and maintain supply chains. Troubleshoot and solve customer issues, and define unmet needs.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in food or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in the beverage or tailor-made food field. They will have excellent communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and an aggressive, passionate, and persistent personality.
