Job description
The Maintenance Engineer provides technical and engineering support to maintenance and operations teams to ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and efficiently. This role focuses on troubleshooting, equipment improvements, and maintenance effectiveness.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety policies and regulatory requirements, provide hands-on engineering support for mechanical, electrical, and process equipment, and review and improve maintenance procedures and work instructions.
A key emphasis of the position is improving Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) through technician coaching, hands-on support, and continuous improvement of repair practices.
