Maintenance Mechanic

Role Overview

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain all equipment to required standards, provide support for preventive and failure-based maintenance, and respond to facility as needed. Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00AM to 4:30PM.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot mechanical failures, repair and maintain equipment, and recommend changes to improve machine reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Experience with coupling and coupling alignments, conveyors, safe rigging practices, hydraulics, cutting, grinding, and welding
• Familiarity with and ability to work on the repair and maintenance of all processing equipment in the plant
• High degree of mechanical competence
• At least Five (5) years of experience
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a plant environment with varying environmental conditions
