Job description
A Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for taking a maintenance plan and assembling the necessary resources to complete it. The role involves coordinating with planners to ensure that information, people, materials, equipment, and other necessary resources are available to get the job done.
Evaluate discretionary work, schedule maintenance work groups, confirm priority and date needed, review and document schedule breakers, and ensure equipment is ready for maintenance when scheduled.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and maintenance, as well as experience with CMMS (Maximo).
