
Job description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing machines/equipment at the Quincy Crosswind facility. The role requires following safety and quality standards, maintaining equipment, and working with other Operations colleagues to communicate production issues.
Meet or exceed KPI goals, maintain preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems, and lead the installation of new plant equipment.
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in maintenance, 2 years of maintenance experience in a grain processing plant, and knowledge of mechanical and electrical blueprints.
