Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Role Overview

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician provides mechanical engineering services across the entire Erith ADM site, performing reactive, planned, and predictive maintenance tasks as part of the maintenance team.

What You Will Do

Performing planned maintenance inspections, repairing and installing mechanical equipment, inspecting equipment, responding to breakdowns, and using the CMMS system to raise and update work orders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance apprenticeship, and knowledge of CMMS systems, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• C&G, NVQ, ONC or HNC in Mechanical Maintenance/Engineering
• Mechanical maintenance apprenticeship
• Experience within an industrial maintenance environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Experience of using Microsoft computer packages
• CMMS knowledge
• Ability to work at height and in confined spaces
