
Job description
Drive process improvements in production operations through project development, optimization, and troubleshooting. Conduct assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance performance in areas such as energy, chemicals, product yields, and reliability.
Troubleshoot processes, perform RCA's, and implement countermeasures and corrective action via DMAIC methodology. Manage projects, including control strategy development, P&ID management, and process start-up.
Must have strong knowledge of production safety and environmental protection, as well as experience with process control narratives and control application development.
