
Job description
This role provides engineering support and leadership for the Deerfield Ag Services and Oilseeds Complex. The primary focus is to apply engineering expertise to lead and support projects that enhance personnel safety, total process safety, finished product quality, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.
Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify improvement opportunities; recommend and implement data-driven solutions that enhance performance, safety, and efficiency. Support daily operations through active involvement in production, maintenance, and contractor supervision as required.
Demonstrate leadership in fostering a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset; actively support process safety initiatives, with knowledge of PSM programs considered an asset.
