
Job description
As the Process Safety Engineer, you'll lead the implementation of the ADM Process Safety program, including Process Safety Management (PSM) and Potentially Dangerous Processes (PDP) systems. This role will be based in the Marshall Corn Plant, with flexibility to engage in PSM process throughout the other Corn Plants in the Business Unit.
Establish a safety culture, monitor and evaluate PSM performance, provide Process Safety training, conduct compliance audits, and lead Process Safety Risk Assessments.
You'll need strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills, with a drive for success and a continuous improvement approach.
