Job description
Supervise daily activities of safety, quality, and production procedures, leading employees in all aspects of production during shift. This is an exempt level position.
Monitor and review daily plant operations, provide solutions, and promote collaboration amongst production, maintenance, and quality groups. Lead work of all production employees, give feedback, and assist with scheduling and daily production records.
Prior work-related and leadership experiences preferred, with tree nut experience desirable. Ability to analyze information quickly, troubleshoot equipment failures, and work in a dynamic environment.
