
Job description
The Sales Manager will work alongside ADM Logistics' Sales team to generate new leads and build relationships with customers. The role involves promoting ADM Logistics' capabilities and service, selling in face-to-face and digital customer environments, and working with the account team to onboard customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Prospective customer lead generation, follow up and outreach, quoting customer business, and maintaining relationships with onboarded customers. The Sales Manager will also utilize Salesforce and other analytical tools, and participate in meetings with regular activity reports.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work independently and within a larger sales group. They will have a proactive and competitive mentality, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
