
Job description
The Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role, overseeing daily activities of safety, quality, and production, and leading employees in all production procedures during the shift.
Coordinates daily operations, provides employees with resources, provides training, creates and assigns tasks, ensures safety, and recognizes hazards.
Requires previous plant processing and leadership experience, commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement, and ability to lead and train colleagues.
