Shift Supervisor

Role Overview

The Shift Supervisor works on a rotating shift schedule and supervises daily activities of safety, quality, and production procedures, leading colleagues in all aspects of production during their respective shift.

What You Will Do

Responsible for all related operations of manufacturing facility, maintaining and improving process controls, product quality control and assurance standards, cost control, and motivating production personnel.

Requirements

• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
• Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
• 2-5 years of progressive experience in Manufacturing/Production environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude
• Strong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls and procedures
• Ability to understand, develop and manage production schedules and target dates
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to climb and work in high areas
• High level of problem solving and team working skills
• High level of Organizational and Inter-personal skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
