
Job description
Manage Supply Chain activities, including customer service, planning, warehousing, and transportation. Define and implement supply chain practices in accordance with group standards and regulations. Manage a team to ensure safety, quality, customer service, and cost.
Define processes and tools to meet customer satisfaction, monitor activities, provide monthly results and analysis, and implement an industrial and logistical policy. Propose investment portfolios, validate investment applications, and prepare budgets. Establish production plans, support customer complaint tracking, and innovate to propose new services.
Strong leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills are required. Customer-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Experience with ERP systems and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are preferred.
