Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with at least 5 years of experience in IT operations to manage customer environments, develop systems, and work actively on IT projects.

Requirements

• Operation and development of IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud)
• Tickets in 2nd/3rd level (including prioritization)
• Monitoring, Incident Handling & Security
• Implementation of IT projects (M365, Virtualization, Network)
• Remote & on-site support for customers
• IT training (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration)
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Good knowledge of Windows Server / Client
• Experience with infrastructure (servers, network, virtualization)
• Independent working style & customer orientation
